1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and KHMINDS ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the khminds.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. KHMINDS and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Gujranwala, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Gujranwala, Pakistan. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
7. Corrections
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
